• Hardware: the colabox L2 Plus and colastick V1 Plus are hardware streaming devices. We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.
• Modifications: we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing or other information will be error-free, complete or current at all times.
• 60-day return: product returns are governed by our Refund Policy.

• Software usage: the devices run on Android 14. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of third-party applications and streaming content complies with local copyright and intellectual property laws.
• No tampering: unauthorized firmware modification, rooting or hardware tampering may void the 1-year warranty and may terminate access to support services.

We may decline any order. When you buy from us, you agree to give us accurate, complete and up-to-date order and contact details.

We may provide access to third-party tools, applications or websites over which we neither monitor nor control. These tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations or conditions of any kind.

We do not guarantee that your use of the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. In no case shall colabox, our directors, employees, affiliates or partners be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or products.

We offer free standard shipping within the United States. Orders usually ship within 24 hours and estimated delivery is 2–5 days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays or other events outside our control.
